Move File

The ID of the file to move. Must be a non-empty string.

The ID of the single destination folder (e.g., '1FmTIJYwTENUDXOKyNJp7OmcRBvP_6DmT'). Folder names are not accepted. When remove_parents is omitted, the action checks the file's current parent and removes it automatically before adding this destination. Omit this only when using remove_parents to move a My Drive file to My Drive root. For a shared-drive item, set supports_all_drives=true and provide this destination because the item must retain exactly one parent. At least one of add_parents or remove_parents is required.

A language hint for OCR processing during image import (ISO 639-1 code).

A comma-separated list of IDs of labels to include in the `labelInfo` part of the response.

A comma-separated list of current parent folder IDs to remove. This is optional when add_parents is supplied because the action checks and removes the current parent automatically. For My Drive files only, supplying this without add_parents moves the file to My Drive root. Whether the request supports both My Drive and shared drives. Set this to true when the source file or destination folder is in a shared drive; otherwise Google can return not-found or unsupported-drive errors.

Whether to set the 'keepForever' field in the new head revision. This is only applicable to files with binary content in Google Drive.

Specifies which additional view's permissions to include in the response. Only 'published' is supported.

Whether to use the uploaded content as indexable text.
