Institutionally Embedded AI Development

How Gooey.AI works with Government Institutions

As a low-code orchestration platform, Gooey.AI offers governments and institutional actors a robust framework for integrating AI into public services. We work with cities, and civic institutions navigating the shift to AI in environments where public impact and responsibility are paramount.

We understand the unique challenges governments face:

– Delivering citizen services across fragmented departments and channels

– Serving linguistically and culturally diverse populations at scale

– Building AI systems with limited in-house technical capacity

– Safeguarding transparency, privacy, and public trust in AI-driven decisions

We focus on solving these challenges, while also proactively addressing concerns around bias, and data privacy in AI. We believe in a trustworthy AI for good that strengthens democratic access.

Governments and institutions choose Gooey as our open, low-code platform enables their teams to build, test, and iterate AI agents without needing large engineering teams. Our multilingual, multi-channel delivery across voice, web, and messaging platforms works to unify fragmented systems into a single, accessible digital front door. Built-in evaluation tools help institutions continuously assess accuracy, safety, and real-world outcomes.

Through partnerships with cities and public institutions, Gooey.AI enables participatory, accountable AI development. Together, we are shaping a future where governments can adopt AI responsibly and bring measurable value to the people they serve.
Case Studies

"Gooey.AI's plug-and-play functionality with various LLMs made the experience seamless & we appreciated being able to load and test golden Q&A sets for prompt tuning.

Having everything in a single location for adjustments is a huge benefit, especially for those newer to AI engineering.

It was encouraging to see early indicators of how the city might leverage AI-assisted workloads."
