SEAmore is a multilingual, voice-based AI assistant developed for the City of Seattle to help residents, visitors, and businesses easily access city services. Designed as a unified digital front door, SEAmore answers common questions and routes callers to the appropriate city department, reducing confusion caused by navigating more than 100 different city phone numbers.
By supporting multiple languages and integrating directly with existing call-routing systems, SEAmore improves accessibility for Seattle’s diverse population while ensuring people reach the right service faster.
Migrants often face barriers to timely and accurate health information, especially when navigating complex health systems with language and literacy constraints. To address this, UN IOM Tunisia partnered with Gooey.AI to build Afiya, an AI-powered health assistant on WhatsApp.
Drawing on structured health guidance and a service locator covering over 2,000 facilities, Afiya delivers real-time, multilingual support and care pathway guidance. Designed and refined with migrant feedback, the tool helps users access essential health services safely and efficiently, improving health outcomes and promoting informed decision-making.
