IoTReady: Engineered to eliminate errors through robust supplier-facing operations at hubs, our procurement solution tracks inbound (by weight or count) and triggers the generation of GRN/POs in your systems. Designed exclusively for procurement purposes, our solution involves the identification of hubs, farmers and crates with unique IDs, and recording all purchases on the cloud-hosted application with respect to the unique IDs. 
Integrated with a weighing scale and a capable barcode scanner, the data logger captures the relevant IDs, weight and timestamp and sends it through to the cloud-hosted application. This event will trigger the generation of purchase orders for the farmers with the necessary details (Hub ID, Supplier  ID, SKU ID, Actual Weight/Unit count, total price and the date).
The cloud application houses a provision for the creation of accessible dashboards and timely reports, all of which can be exported into suitable formats (CSV, Excel) for external analysis.

IoTReady: Designed for large-scale E-commerce operations, our centralised Labelling Solution integrated with a weighing scale and printer system, ensures that your operators print the right label every time – be it fruits, vegetables, meat, snack or dry groceries. 
Labels with yesterday’s prices? No more. Our internet enabled device automatically synchronises pricing, new SKUs and label designs keeping all the printers up-to-date without any human intervention. It integrates your weighing scale with a range of label printers like Zebra, Argox and TSC and supports printing labels in paper, vinyl and transparent materials. 
Detecting wastage and monitoring inventory is made simpler by our solution that captures and updates real-time data to generate end of day reports on labels and discrepancies regarding the SKUs. 
Our Label Management software is designed to securely manage thousands of SKUs using role and location-based permissions to control SKU data. The software offers highly customisable dashboards and reporting tools to give you the flexibility of understanding the data at a glance. It also provides SQL-powered analysis.

IoTReady: Yes. Designed to increase the efficiencies in delivery crate audits, our fulfilment audit solution verifies if the weight of a given crate matches its expected weight. Only if the crate does not match the expected weight will it be sent for manual auditing.
Composed of 3 personnel simultaneously working at a single custom-designed table, the crates that match the expected weight are sent to one side of the table to be sealed, while the crates that do not are manually audited. 
With every crate identified by its unique code (crate ID), the weight of the crate is mapped to the Data logger system which is integrated with the organisation’s API. This integration allows for the crate weight to be compared at the fulfilment stage and audited before being sent out. 
The entire flow is expected to take less than 5 seconds per crate, reducing the audit time per crate substantially.

IoTReady: Our inventory audit solution integrates barcode based EAN recognition and weight based counting to make inventory checks faster and more accurate.
The operator starts by scanning the unique EAN barcode on the product. Once the EAN has been scanned, the operator calibrates the weight of a single unit before doing a quick bulk count by weighing a large number of units.  Accuracies of 1% or better are achieved, depending on the variability of the SKU.
Once an EAN is registered in the system, the unit weight is also stored for faster operations next time around. Every single weighment is captured on our cloud dashboard and can be analysed using standard point-and-click reporting tools. Reports can also be exported in suitable formats (CSV, Excel) for external analysis. The solution can also be connected to your existing ERP over an API if desired.

IoTReady: Developed to prevent the loss of crates and increase accountability, our Crate Loss Prevention solution is a robust traceability system that helps organisations track their crates in real times and map them to the responsible employees.
The Crate Loss Prevention identifies employees and crates with unique IDs. Whenever an employee is checking out crates, his ID is scanned. All subsequent crates will be mapped to the employee by scanning the metal QR tag attached to the crates. These crates are also scanned when the employees bring the crates back to the hubs. Based on this an exceptions report is generated each day with a tally of unreturned crates and the employees responsible.
An Android Application which is connected to a cloud hosted database facilitates scanning of codes and supports the generation/entry of IDs for employees, crates and hubs.
All transactions/events are captured by the cloud application and suitable dashboards and reports are created that are capable of being exported to Excel/CSV formats for external analysis.

Lip syncs the face video clip to the voice clip
Shows the resulting video to the user
